TES works on a decentralized model: funds are held in a smart contract, keys stay in your wallet, and the service has access to neither
A decentralized model
The service holds neither funds nor keys: the money sits in a smart contract, and only the parties control it
Funds in a smart contract
Deal funds sit in a smart contract on the blockchain, not in the service’s accounts
No access to funds
The service cannot withdraw or transfer deal funds — only the parties can
Keys are never stored
Private keys and the secret phrase stay in your wallet, and the service never receives them
The parties decide
Two votes out of three open a withdrawal, and no party decides alone
Terms are fixed
Once a deal is created, its terms are written into the contract and cannot be changed
Everything is verifiable
The contract, votes and transfers are open in the blockchain explorer
Your keys stay with you
The service prepares an action, and the party signs it in their own wallet. The service never asks for or stores keys or the secret phrase
- Every action is confirmed by a signature
- Sign in without a password or email
- The deal terms are signed by its creator
Contracts never change retroactively
A fix ships as a new contract version, while existing deals keep running on theirs
- The version is shown in the deal card
- The contract address opens in the blockchain explorer
Checks in the service
They run on every action, in the cabinet and through the API
Only your own wallet
Actions in the cabinet and through the API are accepted only from the account owner’s wallets
Network check
An action on a contract of another network is not sent, and the cabinet points to the right wallet
Signed terms
A deal is created only after its creator has signed the terms
Minimal data
Your account is a wallet address, so the service holds no email or password that could leak
Frequently asked questions
No. Your account is your wallet: you sign in with a signature, without a password or email
TRON and Ethereum. You choose the wallet for the network you need when connecting
No one but the smart contract. The service is non-custodial and has no access to your keys
The votes decide: two out of three are needed. The guarantor is a third equal vote; it does not distribute the funds and withdraws nothing itself
The network charges its fee. A deal is drawn from a prepaid package, and the package itself sets the service fee rate; it is withheld on withdrawal
Yes: two rejections open the withdrawal to the sender. While there are not enough votes, the funds stay locked by the contract
