How it works
TES runs deals through a smart contract: the funds stay protected until the parties vote. Below is the path of a deal from creation to withdrawal
The path of a deal
Five stages: from creating a deal to withdrawing funds and a new round on the same contract
The service deploys a smart contract with the deal terms, and the sender confirms them with a signature
Two votes out of three
Choose each party’s vote and see what happens to the funds
- SenderNo voteApprovedRejected
- ReceiverNo voteApprovedRejected
- GuarantorNo voteApprovedRejected
Funds await a decision
Until there are two matching votes, nobody can withdraw the funds — neither a party nor the service
The rules live in the contract
They are the same for every party and cannot be changed after the deal is created
Staged payment
The amount can be split into stages, and each stage is withdrawn by a separate decision
Refund
Two rejections return the funds to the sender
Guarantor
The guarantor votes on equal terms but cannot withdraw the funds to themselves
Flexible pricing
Deals are bought in packages, and the fee is withheld by the contract at withdrawal
All on-chain
Every vote and transfer is a transaction visible in the blockchain explorer
Notifications
Every party sees the deal’s events in their cabinet
Deals from your own system
The business API creates and tracks deals from your application. The parties still sign their actions in their own wallets
- An API key is issued in the cabinet profile
- Creating deals, votes, top-ups and withdrawals
- Operation statuses and the deal event feed

No. Your account is your wallet: you sign in with a signature, without a password or email
TRON and Ethereum. You choose the wallet for the network you need when connecting
No one but the smart contract. The service is non-custodial and has no access to your keys
The votes decide: two out of three are needed. The guarantor is a third equal vote; it does not distribute the funds and withdraws nothing itself
The network charges its fee. A deal is drawn from a prepaid package, and the package itself sets the service fee rate; it is withheld on withdrawal
Yes: two rejections open the withdrawal to the sender. While there are not enough votes, the funds stay locked by the contract
